Dr.
Venkat Srinivasan |
CEO
Dr. Venkat Srinivasan brings his rich academic background
in credit, working capital management and knowledge-based
technology architectures along with his entrepreneurial
successes to lead CreditPointe as its CEO.
In 2001, Venkat founded Rage Holdings LLC, CreditPointe's
parent, with the idea of creating and leveraging a knowledge-based
business process automation platform to incubate capital
efficient, process aware businesses. Rage's 1st such effort,
Corporate Fundamentals, Inc., which over the past 3 years
has become the most efficient producer of structured financial
information on public companies in the U.S., was merged
with Hemscott, plc, a leading provider of corporate fundamental
information solutions, in November 2005.
Prior to Corporate Fundamentals, Venkat was the Chairman
and CEO of eCredit.com, the leading provider of credit,
financing and receivables management solutions for business-to-business
and business-to-consumer commerce. Venkat founded eCredit
in 1993 and led the company to a sale in 2000. Venkat is
a uniquely experienced executive with substantial expertise
in many diverse functional areas. Venkat is an internationally
renowned expert in credit and working capital management,
knowledge-based systems architectures, and financial strategy.
Venkat has spent the last 20 years contributing his research
and acting as a thought leader to both the business community
and the academic world.
Prior to founding eCredit.com in 1993, Venkat served as
an Associate Professor of Finance at Northeastern University's
Graduate School of Business in Boston, MA. Prior to his
academic tenure, he worked for Union Carbide, where he was
responsible for all aspects of cash management for the company's
vast operations in India.
Venkat holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Cincinnati,
Ohio and is a Certified Chartered Accountant [equivalent
to a CPA]
Srinivasan Bharadwaj
| VP, Client Services
Srinivasan Bharadwaj ['Srini'] is currently VP, Client
Services, at CreditPointe. In this capacity, Srini is responsible
for developing a world class group of professionals who
will manage the company's ongoing relationships with its
operating companies. Srini's responsibilities include growing
and maintaining strategic relationships with clients in
the investment sector. His role facilitates the successful
management of relationship between the offshore team and
the client. Srini's tenure at eCredit has provided him with
a range of experiences well suited to his current responsibilities.
Srini has had a long and rich tenure at eCredit in various
capacities and was most recently, VP, Professional Services
responsible for implementing eCredit products worldwide.
His responsibilities included implementation, training and
customer support as it related to eCredit customers and
products on a global basis. Srini also managed eCredit's
implementation partners, Deloitte and Touche, KPMG, etc.
Srini joined eCredit as a project manager working initially
on a large implementation at Liberty Mutual. He has independently
managed significant client relationships very successfully,
the most notable one being the development of a new product
for eCredit for the automotive industry in collaboration
with the Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation.
After developing the automotive industry product, Srini
was promoted to manage the company's Strategic Opportunities
Group [SOT]. The SOT group was charged with nurturing and
developing eCredit's next generation products in existing
or new markets. During his tenure, the SOT group developed
eCredit's most prominent product launch in its history,
the Global Financing Network. Srini's team worked under
extremely challenging circumstances with respect to new
technologies and customer commitments to deliver the product
to Gateway.
Prior to joining eCredit, Srini worked for Global Software
Inc. as a consultant providing companies like Olivetti with
Jetform front end to report data from DNIX servers.
Srini holds a MBA in Global Management from University of
Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Electronic and Communication
Engineering from the University of Poona [India].

VP, Sales
As VP of Sales, Jim is responsible for creating CreditPointe's
sales organization and driving the sales of its products
and services. Jim led the sales efforts at Corporate Fundamentals,
Inc., Rage's 1st operating company.
Jim brings 25 years of sales and sales management experience
to the CreditPointe team with 10 years focused within the
credit market. During his career he has specialized in establishing
and structuring solution oriented sales organizations geared
towards multinational organizations both in the corporate
and financial services markets.
During his 10 years at eCredit Jim excelled at a variety
of sales and business development positions. As the company's
first sales executive, he established the eCredit's initial
direct sales team in the trade credit industry and grew
the company out of its start-up mode. In 1997 he led the
company's entry into the financial services industry establishing
the Diversified Financial Services sale team. He later went
on to play a leading role in eCredit's Strategic Opportunities
Team. His tenure and cross industry experience provides
for a deep understanding of the role credit plays in various
types of businesses.
At Mergent International Jim held sales management roles
for the company's financial services offering for large
national financial institutions. While at Siemens Nixdorf
he was responsible for the sales and marketing of vertical
solutions of the company's accounting and MRP applications.
Working with Product marketing Jim was responsible for the
company's entry into the Industrial Distribution vertical
through direct sales and industry marketing activities.
Jim graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor's of
Science in Finance and Accounting and received a Masters
degree in Economics and International Trade from the University
of Connecticut.
Aashish Mehta | Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Aashish heads the company's
Operations worldwide. Additionally, Aashish leads CreditPointes
financial research and automation group. He has been instrumental
in planning and managing the companys growth and setting
up appropriate capacity and operationalizing the company's
product vision.
Prior to assuming this role, Aashish was a Vice President
of Business Development for Corporate Fundamentals, where
he was responsible for developing market for company's products
and services and forming strategic business alliances. Prior
to Corporate Fundamentals and RAGE, Aashish spent six years
at eCredit.com where he held various management positions
in sales, business development, product management and operations.
Aashish started his career at eCredit.com in product management,
managing 3rd Party integrations. In October 2000, Aashish
played a key role in establishing eCredit's subsidiary in
Japan and forming reseller / investor partnerships with
leading Japanese Systems Integrators, including: NTT Data,
Hitachi Ltd., Toshiba IT Solutions and Intec. He then assumed
a senior sales position at eCredit.com where he successfully
sold the company's automated solutions to Fortune 500 companies
like Philip Morris USA and Continental Airlines.
Aashish holds a MBA in Business and Finance from the Oklahoma
City University and Bachelors in Industrial Engineering
from the Karnataka University, India.
Rummana Alam |
VP, Finance, HR & Admin
Rummana Alam serves as CreditPointe's VP of Finance, HR
and Administration. In this role, she is primarily responsible
for corporate governance, devising financing strategies,
managing the company's finances, human resources and administrative
activities. She also assists in the formulation of the company's
business strategy; conducts and coordinates diligence activities
on prospective application markets and acts as a legal liaison
between internal/external parties.
Prior to joining CreditPointe, Rummana served in the same
capacity at Corporate Fundamentals, Inc. [Rage's 1st operating
company]. She also spent a year at SRR Solutions, Inc.,
a consulting organization which provided technology diligence
services to Boston area venture capitalists. In this capacity,
she assisted in the technology diligence of many companies
in different stages of growth looking for venture financing.
Prior to that, Rummana worked at eCredit.com, Inc. for over
7 years in various capacities ranging from Customer Support
Management to Product Management and Intellectual Property
Management. In her longest stint at eCredit, Rummana served
as Manager, Global Customer Support for all of eCredit's
products worldwide. In this role, Rummana's responsibilities
included the management of customer relationships, interfacing
with sales, marketing and technology groups with respect
to customer issues and growing an effective customer care
organization for eCredit. During her tenure, she introduced
a number of innovative customer care programs and maintained
customer satisfaction at high levels.
Rummana has a B.A. in English from the University of Delhi,
India.
Mahantesh [Monty] Kothiwale
| Chief Technology Officer
Mahantesh Kothiwale is the Chief Technology Officer at CreditPointe,
Inc. In his capacity as CTO, Monty is responsible for setting
the technology strategy for the company and for evolving
the core architecture of Rage Technology platform. He manages
the design and development of the Rage Technology platform
and related products.
Prior to joining CreditPointe, Monty served in the same
capacity at Corporate Fundamentals, Inc which merged with
Hemscott, plc. He took the lead in integrating legacy US
and UK data collection systems to evolve a next generation
global fundamental collection system.
Prior to that Monty had a long and successful tenure at
eCredit.com, most recently as the company's Chief Technology
Officer. Like the rest of the founding team, Monty's experience
at eCredit uniquely qualifies him for his current role at
Rage Frameworks.
As eCredit's CTO, Monty was a member of eCredit's senior
management team and was responsible for setting the company's
technology strategy and all technology development activities
both here in the U.S. and its offshore development center
in India. He was also responsible for developing and maintaining
the company's world class IT infrastructure in the U.S.
and abroad.
Monty has had many significant accomplishments during his
long tenure with eCredit. He joined eCredit as a senior
technologist initially working in an individual capacity
on a knowledge-based automation engine for credit. Subsequently,
he provided technology leadership as well as architecture
guidance to create the company's Process Automation Engine,
a rules-based flexible framework that is central to all
eCredit products.
Another notable technological accomplishment during Monty's
tenure at eCredit was the successful development of the
infrastructure and technology for the company's Global Financing
Network. Gartner recognized the Global Financing Network
recently as an example of visionary early web services technology.
Before joining eCredit.com, Mahantesh worked as a Project
Manager at Intercope, India. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer
Science from the University of Mysore.
